Dear Residents and Supervisors:

If you plan on sending your resident paper to Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia for the 2016 credentials we would ask that you submit, at the latest, by the first week of January. This will allow enough time for the manuscript to undergo peer-review and be revised, as required, before the 1st of July ECVAA deadline. Manuscripts that have been fine-tuned for language, follow the outline of the appropriate reporting guideline and that adhere strictly to the authors' guidelines usually have a smoother ride through the peer-review process with fewer aggravating delays.

Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Best regards,
