ECVAA website - Veterinary anaesthetist

The San Michele Veterinary Hospital seeks for a full time, veterinary anaesthetist. The position is a permanent and continuing, 5 days a week work commitment and do not require after hours or weekend duties.

We are looking for a candidate who is board certificated of the European (or American) College of Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia, board eligible or candidate with strong interest in veterinary anaesthesia and proven experience.

The San Michele Veterinary Hospital is a referral centre for neurology, surgery, imaging diagnostics, wild animal’s medicine and regenerative medicine. It is a well-known referral centre in the last 10 years with strong commitment for research and collaboration with human researches, hospitals and universities in Italy and Europe. We also have a high turnout of last year students from various countries. Therefore, the successful candidate will also be expected to participate in research projects and to be involved in didactic and practical teaching. The hospital is located 25 km southern to Milan, near to the A1 highway and Linate airport.
