Specialist veterinary anaesthetists play a key role in anaesthesia and analgesia in all animal species and bring a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology to the practice of anaesthesia. Then email it to ecvaa.secretary@gmail.com before 13th October, so we can incorporate it and send an official reply to EBVS. The FVE position paper outlines the ongoing contribution of the veterinary profession to the prevention and control of animal and zoonotic diseases and draws recommendations for decision-makers on the recognition of veterinary expertise on One Health and pandemic preparedness for the future. The Veterinary Public Health and Sustainability Working Group, on behalf of the FVE Board, will compile your suggestions to improve the paper.
